Dr. Kapil Kumar Agarwal is the founding member of the Krishna Gopal Seva Samithi. Son of the late Shri Madan Gopal Agarwal (M.G. Agarwal) and a resident of L.B. Nagar, Hyderabad, he has committed over 10 years of his life to public service, leading extensive grassroots campaigns to support daily wage earners, orphanages, Gau Shalas, and differently-abled individuals.
Beyond his work at Krishna Gopal Seva Samithi, Dr. Agarwal serves as the **Telangana State Vice President of the Human Rights Foundation (HRF)**. His work focuses on raising awareness about basic rights and providing immediate relief setups (water camps, medical clinics, food distribution) to vulnerable groups throughout the region.
Recognized by Dayspring Theological University (Dallas, Texas, USA) on June 6, 2026, for outstanding contributions to social welfare and community rehabilitation.
